The INFIN: Our Story of Unlocking True Value

Our journey began with a simple yet profound problem. Years ago, while leading his last business, our founder Jacob had an exceptional team member—an accounts payable specialist who was, quite frankly, a superstar in disguise. On paper, the job market said his role was worth about $55,000 a year. In reality, he was a major contributor across the entire operation, and his value was far greater. He connected dots no one else saw, handled everything from IT troubles to vendor negotiations, and did it all with a level of enthusiasm and reliability that went far beyond his job title.  People loved working with him, and he did a great job.

The challenge was this:  how could we truly measure and reward the immense value he brought?  Traditional job descriptions and market rates didn’t capture his real contribution. We needed a way to connect individual impact directly to company outcomes, and to make sure people like him were recognized and rewarded fairly. And that’s how The INFIN was born. We built a platform that measures the real, often hidden value people bring to their organizations. By aligning the right data with the right incentives, we help companies unlock potential and ensure that top performers—no matter their title—are seen, valued, and rewarded.
