The INFIN FAQ.

Is implementing The INFIN disruptive?
Both FINANCE and HUMAN can change the way you work. Understanding how business value is created, and having new transparency into who is creating it can highlight underperformance as well as outperformance.  Businesses will have to adapt according to their values, in coordination with our experience and expertise.
Do I need both FINANCE and HUMAN tools?
Both tools are highly impactful on their own, and can be used independently.  However, a true meritocratic culture can only be unlocked using both tools. Many companies choose to implement one tool at a time.
Can The INFIN be integrated with my existing systems?
Yes. Assuming your existing tools have existing third-party APIs, FINANCE will integrate with your current accounting system, and HUMAN will connect with your human resource management platform.
How long does it take to implement The INFIN?
FINANCE can be implemented in a few hours.  HUMAN will not take much time from management, but an initial implementation starting with the executive team, and rolling out to the rest of the company over a month or two is the recommended course of action.
Who needs to be involved to implement The INFIN?
CEOs will need to have full buy-in for the tools to be maximally successful.  CHROs and similar positions will be required for HUMAN, and CFOs will be required for FINANCE.  We have done our best to minimize the time commitment from executives, so in either case, it shouldn’t be more than a few hours of time.
